To Enroll a new student at Ware Public Schools in grades K-12, please complete the following online registration and bring required items to Central Office when contacted.

Please submit the following documents to Central Office:

Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Updated Physical with Immunization Record within the past year
(A) Proof of Residency (B) Proof of Occupancy and (c) ID - Driver's License, Passport or Massachusetts ID
Custody Agreement or Guardianship documents (if applicable)
Signed IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
