COVID Vaccination Clinic

Ware Public Schools will be hosting a COVID Vaccination Clinic on Friday, November 12, from 2:00-6:00. This clinic is for anyone ages 5+.  All 3 vaccines will be available, along with booster and pediatric Pfizer vaccines.  Appointments are encouraged and can be made by clicking here.

Families of students who receive the vaccination at this clinic will be entered into a drawing for a $50 BigY gift card.

Parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18 and a parent/guardian must be present for anyone under the age of 16.
