Patriot's Pen (Grades 6-8): Write a 100-400 word essay
Voice of Democracy (Grades 9-12): record a 3-5 minute essay on a flash drive
Local prizes: $100 - $75 - $50
Top winners advance for a chance at $5,000 (Patriot's Pen) or a $35,000 scholarship (Voice of Democracy)
Entries due by October 31 through your school.
