Public sessions: Monday, October 3 at 5:30 pm in person; Tuesday, October 11 at 5:30 on Zoom
Survey out for public distribution as the dates are shared with the community
School Committee pulling together information for brochure

School Committee meets to receive report on community feedback, approve position description
October 14
Position posts
October 26
School Committee finalizes positions on search committee
November 14
Search committee is trained in responsibilities; signs confidentiality commitment
November 29
Position closes; search committee receives confidential applications for individual review
December 5
Search committee meets to consider applications; selects semi-finalists in confidential session
December 12, 13, 14 and 16 (if needed)
Search committee conducts confidential interviews with semi-finalists
Search committee deliberates and selects finalists for recommendation to School Committee
December 21
Search committee reports to School Committee; finalists public
January 3 (week) and 9 (week)
Finalists visit Ware Public Schools
Members of committee visit finalists’ home districts
