Clinical Team
In order to be responsive to the social emotional needs of students during the current COVID-19 school closure, Ware Public Schools has created a telephone line and email address that will be actively monitored by a member of the school-based clinical team from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Should your child need social emotional support, you or your child may reach a member of our clinical team at the following:

Phone (call or text): 413-206-6335
Email: [email protected]

Emails, messages and voicemails received after 2:30 p.m., weekends or holidays will be responded to the following school working day.  The Ware Public Schools clinical team telephone line and email address is not intended to replace a behavioral health crisis emergency hotline. If your child is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, you may reach BHN Crisis Program Emergency Services at 413-733-6661.
